IFSB COUNTRY sHOWCASE

The IFSB Country Showcase, a pre Summit event in conjunction with the 6th IFSB Summit, will be held on the 6th May 2009. The Country Showcase is a platform for selected IFSB member countries to portray their Islamic finance initiatives and experiences in adopting and promoting the growth of a sound and stable Islamic financial services industry. Previous Country Showcases were held in Dubai (2007) and Amman (2008).

The Country Showcase opens the opportunity for the country initiatives to be presented to a high profile, focused group of potential investors and stakeholders.

It provides potential investors, top executives, senior management, financial industry players, researchers, and academics a more profound understanding of the countries, policies, initiatives and incentives. It is also an excellent opportunity for networking and opening doors to potential investments and business partnerships - from among the IFSB members as well as the local, regional and international financial community - specifically those attending the Summit.

The IFSB and MAS take this opportunity to invite all Summit delegates as well as the business, financial and investor community in Singapore and the region to attend the Country Showcases. Participation is free of charge.
